G-AWAW is a little 2 seat Cessna 150 that was flown from England to Australia by Jan Schönburg in 1980.

A feat of airmanship, and bravery crossing oceans and continents, Jan piloted the little G-AWAW Cessna 150 where big Boeings and Airbuses fly today.

G-AWAW is "Gone to Texas" October 25, 2017. The parts are being cleaned and prepared for reassembly. The Data Plate shows Reims Aircraft as manufacturer and Serial Number F150-0037. This is the 37th Cessna 150 assembled in Reims France as 1966 F150F model.

Countdown to the 2018 Confab in the Corn

Come see G-AWAW at Cessna 150 Fly-In at Clinton, IA July 25-27, 2018. It will have to roll in, but it will be assembled as much as possible.
